By Janet Graham - Last updated: Thursday, January 9, 2014

I stole the above question from Sheryl Sandberg's 2011 commencement address to the graduating class of Barnard College which she talks about in the first chapter of her fabulous book "Lean In."   Sandberg ended her address to the class with the following:   "So please ask yourself: What would I do if I weren't afraid? And then go do it."   Sandberg ends the first chapter of her book with the following words:   "Writing this book is not just me encouraging others to lean in. This is me leaning in. Writing this book is what I would do if I weren't afraid."   Bravo Sheryl!!   So please ask yourself as we being the new year: "What would I do if I weren't afraid? And then go do it."   I dare ...

Do get comfortable asking for what you want   6. Don't take the first offer and don't accept the first No   7. Do take some risk   8. Don't overnegotiate   9. Do be clear on ...

Regardless, I believe it ...
