When I asked Erica to tell me about her role models, mentors and other heroes, she told me she had had lots of both from an early age. The first ones she recalled were the women who worked in her father’s real estate company. She remembers these women being in their late 40s to mid 60s and describes them as having “fabulous lives and great clothes†and to her they just seemed to have the world by the tail.
