By - Last updated: Wednesday, March 20, 2013

There has been much written about Sheryl Sandberg and her book Lean In both before and after it was published early last week. In fact, I wrote about it in my last post.   A friend suggested I watch her interview on 60 Minutes a couple of days before her book was released; I thought it was great!!   Just in case you missed it, you can check it out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n1NAbShwLc   Please let me know what you think. Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg

I read Sheryl Sandberg's new book Lean In yesterday!!   And I loved it!! Every single word of it!!   I believe writing this book and sharing these stories and her thoughts on "Women, Work and the Will to Lead" was a generous and courageous act of leadership on her part!! She definitely had more to lose than gain by doing so and she knew it and wrote the book anyways!!   Congratulations, Sheryl!!   I encourage you to read it and I would love to hear what you think of it!!

I was awarded the Fellowship and it has become a life changing experience for me.   What and/or who have been the most significant influences on who you are today – personally and as a leader?   Who I am as a person, is the result of a breadth of experiences and relationships, ...
