I asked Robin to tell me about her proudest accomplishments at work. She said: “My proudest accomplishments in the early days were the designations and titles I received and the sales targets I met.  We used to get little gifts for being the highest producers in the office, that sort of thing, and I won many of those in the early days.  So those were fun, nice, trophy-like rewards. I asked Robin to tell me about the experiences in her early life which she believed had the greatest impact on her work life and career. She said it was probably her observation of her mom who was a stay-at-home mom who did everything in the household. Robin said: “She was the stability, love and nurturing for the four kids and in addition, did the cleaning, cooking, shopping, washing and ironing.  I would come home from school and watch her iron while I did my homework.
