This employee review system sounds good to me!! It gives equal weight to four areas, rather than simply focusing on financial goals. 1. On-the-job performance, the typical quantitative goals 2. Peer group relationships 3. Management/leadership, or how well you develop the people around you 4. My new favourite web site is Wowowom.com (Women on the Web). I believe it is aimed squarely at my demographic, women over 40, since so many of the postings resonate with me, so much so that I am tempted every day to send more than one of them to various friends, despite my promises to cease and desist. Its founders and contributors include gossip columnist Liz Smith, journalist Lesley Stahl, writer and author Joan Juliet Buck, actress Candice Bergen (whose character I adore on Boston Legal, except for her seeming affection for the character played by Tom Selleck) and comediennes and actresses Whoopi Goldberg and Lily Tomlin.
