On Saturday morning, I picked up the weekend edition of the Globe and was absolutely delighted to see the face of a woman occupying all of the space above the fold and these words: "Alberta wants back in Praising Ontario. Reaching out to Quebec. Charming Americans. Criticizing Harper (a bit). Is this how an Alberta premier acts? Yes, if you're Alison Redford. This week she set out to rewrite the national agenda.
