I want to respond to Jan's book idea. Just a thought for you when you go to publish your book. I would suggest that you write an accompanying manual where people can access tear out pages that serve as guides to many of your ideas, activities and pearls of wisdom in Part 1.
Part 2 could be a manual that could follow the learnings in the text, but would ask for people to involve themselves by answering and giving practical suggestions and answers to your lessons/ideas.
