I asked Robin to tell me about her proudest accomplishments at work. She said: “My proudest accomplishments in the early days were the designations and titles I received and the sales targets I met.  We used to get little gifts for being the highest producers in the office, that sort of thing, and I won many of those in the early days.  So those were fun, nice, trophy-like rewards. I asked Robin what she considered to be the best advice she had ever been given and what advice she would pass along to a young woman.  She said: “I think we have an advantage as women.
