I promised to share some of the collection of tools, exercises and further reading materials which Dan Pink provided in his book A Whole New Mind to send us on our way to developing each of the six essential aptitudes -- what he calls the six senses on which professional and personal satisfaction increasingly will depend. I am an ESTJ according to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.   My Total EQ is 98 according to the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory.   I am an Enneagram Type 8: The Challenger according to the Enneagram Institute.   I am Striving to be in Control according to my Striving Styles Self Assessment.   I am a Humour Type according to the CTI  Co-Active Leadership Program.   I am a Soul Type 5 according to New Equations.   My Style Statement is Genuine Gentle.   What does all of this mean to me?   I believe understanding my personality type and style from all of these various perspectives allows me to better understand my potential impact on the world.
