The End of Men

The Myth of Work-Life Balance

Barbara Moses wrote "The Myth of Work-Life Balance" which was published in the Globe and Mail on January 7.  Ms Moses offers a very different perspective on this issue than the one provided in issue of Gwyneth Paltrow's newsletter GOOP which I posted about yesterday.      I have long admired Ms Moses, although I don't always share her view of the world. I was introduced to her years ago when our bank began to use her paper based Career Planning work book.  (In fact,  I still have my completed copy some 20 plus years later.  I suspect her on-line career management tool Career Advisor represents the current version of the Career Planning workbook for those of you who might be interested in this type of tool.
