Create the life you want by being focused in the direction of what you want for yourself today and feeling positive about achieving it!!   Spend your precious time making the decisions and choices which will impact your life today and not on regrets about the past!! Regrets will not serve you!!   Forgive yourself for the choices and decisions you made in the past and move forward to create a wonderful life for yourself!!

Bev Morris is the proprietor of Churchill's Fine Gourmet Gifts and so much more!!   I am a member of her book club and so received the note she sent out to her BBC (best book club) friends. I stole the above question from Sheryl Sandberg's 2011 commencement address to the graduating class of Barnard College which she talks about in the first chapter of her fabulous book "Lean In."   Sandberg ended her address to the class with the following:   "So please ask yourself: What would I do if I weren't afraid? And then go do it."   Sandberg ends the first chapter of her book with the following words:   "Writing this book is not just me encouraging others to lean in. This is me leaning in.
