Barbara. Accomplishments, Success and Significance

I asked Barbara to tell me about her proudest accomplishments at work. She said one of her proudest accomplishments is that she has been able to balance her working life with her personal life and have friends and other interests and things in her life.  She said for her that feels like an accomplishment.  She said one of the other accomplishments would be helping to grow a company and add to the success of that company.    I asked her what she considered to be her greatest success at work. I asked Donna to tell me about her proudest accomplishments at work. She said she found it a hard question to answer. Specifically, she said: “I’m proud of how far I’ve come in the industry and the fact that I’m running a department that produces a lot of revenue.  There aren’t a lot of women doing what I do and so I hope I’m a role model for women that want to combine success at work with children and a family.
