My last post on this blog was in February….I haven’t been moved to write…..until today!!

In this morning’s paper, there was an article by Eileen Chadnick with the title “End of the year: It’s time to relfect and start anew – Over the final weeks of December, taking time to seriously ponder these 12 questions might help you to get the most out of 2016” in which she invites the reader to reflect on the following 12 questions and I was moved to do so and I thought with my encouragement by way of this post you might be moved to do so too!!

Here are the questions:

The Year Past

1. What went well?

2. Who needs to be acknowledged?

3. How did you grow in 2015?

4. What were the standout peak moments for you  – and why?

5. What’s not working?

6. Wrap up your year by giving it a theme or a name?

The Year Ahead

7. What thresholds will you cross?

8. Who will you connect with more in the year ahead?

9. What kind of leader, peer, friend, partner (and other roles) do you want to be?

10. What do you want?

11. How will you put this into action?

12. What’s your mantra for 2016?

Thank you, Eileen!! For prompting my urge to post and for inviting me to reflect on these questions!!

I cannot wait!!

What about you?
