Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg

I read Sheryl Sandberg’s new book Lean In yesterday!!

And I loved it!! Every single word of it!!

I believe writing this book and sharing these stories and her thoughts on “Women, Work and the Will to Lead” was a generous and courageous act of leadership on her part!! She definitely had more to lose than gain by doing so and she knew it and wrote the book anyways!!

Congratulations, Sheryl!!

I encourage you to read it and I would love to hear what you think of it!!

Hey Janet! I saw this article posted in LinkedIn the other day:

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this angle.

As you say, Janet, brave of her to take this step.

I started my read last night. My male CEO surprised me the other day by buying me a copy. Now that’s progressive! Looking forward to finding the “me time” to finish it. Hope things are well!
