Several years ago, I subscribed to the weekly insights published by the inspired duo behind the website www.carrieanddanielle.com .   These weekly delights were published in online editions they called ”Friday Focus” and they were always beautifully written and many of them resonated with me.  This is an abbreviated example: ”Think of three simple things to edit from, add to and appreciate more in your life.” I recalled this exercise while out on a long walk yesterday and decided to share my thoughts about it with you today.
