GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE! I have been there and it only gets worse. You are worth more than that so find a different senior team that you can respect and grow with. If you don’t respect the management team…you are not alone, so be decisive and find a better team. The old expression…if you sleep with the pigs, you smell like them…is very fitting here. Disassociate yourself as soon as you can.
